Do you take insurance?


We do not take insurance. However, we are able to provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. We are happy to help assist you through this process if you need guidance.




What is your fee?


Our fees differ based on type of service requested. All fees are based on 50 minute sessions. Venmo, cash, and checks are all accepted methods of payment. We offer limited sliding scale spots based on financial need and out of network benefits. A free initial, 15-minute phone consultation is available where we can discuss your options and help see which of our therapists may be the best match for you.




How long and how often is therapy?


In the beginning, we typically meet weekly and depending on your progress, we can adjust the therapy schedule according to your needs and goals. Sessions are usually 50 minutes. Therapy is an ongoing process and there may be times where you will need to be seen less frequently. By the same token, there may be times where you need to be seen more often. There are no rules for how long successful therapy should take. We will work with you to determine when your goals have been met.




How do I schedule an appointment?
